Diagnostic Fee: $50 and is applied to final bill.
On-site Labor: $50/per hour (one hour minimum)
In Office Labor: $50/per hour (one hour minimum)
Remote Services: $25/ per half hour (half hour minimum)
Parts Install (I/O card, Floppy Drive, CD/DVD drive, etc.) $30/flat fee
Operating System Install: 2/hour flat fee
Data Recovery: $50/ per hour

Business/Dinerware

Diagnostic Fee: $75 and is applied to final bill.
On-site Labor: $75/per hour (one hour minimum)
In Office Labor: $75/per hour (one hour minimum)
Remote Services: $35/ per half hour (half hour minimum)

 
Travel Time outside of Medford and surrounding area’s is a per hour charge, one hour minimum.
Labor fees are subject to change at the discretion of TrustWise Computers. Customer is responsible for all data; this includes data prior to operating system installs and data recovery.

We also recommend computer backups on a regular basis. One way to ensure that your information is safe in case of catastrophe is using an online backup such as Carbonite.
